Location however, this was offset by a shuttle bus service. Wished it did to Jewel or Airport!

It was nice and quiet, away from the noisy city and in a lovely area near Changi village and the airport.. 15 minutes by taxi. A very nice breakfast too.

I needed a place to stay before heading to the airport, so it served this purpose well. I liked the continental breakfast and i appreciate the late checkout (1pm)

Perfect hotel for a 24hr stopover in Singapore The reception staff were so helpful, we arrived at 7:30 in Singapore expecting to have to wait until at least midday to check in ,for only a few dollars more we were able to upgrade to a room that was ready by 9am. Also as breakfast was still being served, we were offered our complimentary breakfast on arrival 😋, as we were checking out early the next morning 5am , our taxi was waiting and a boxed breakfast ready at reception for us . So thoughtful and helpful Staff , thanks Changi Grove staff , you made the last leg of our holiday a pleasurable experience. And the room was so quiet we slept well on a perfect bed.😴😴😊💯

We were very happy with our stay and the staff arranged for us to catch the courtesy bus to Changi Markets which was too far to walk . We paid for breakfast however we had a very early morning flight so they gave us a meal to go

We chose this hotel because we had limited time between flights and could not use one of the transit hotels as our luggage could not be checked through to the next destination. It turned out to be located further from the airport than anticipated (15min taxi journey). The receptionist understood the inconvenience of our very early flight next morning and was very helpful arranging a wakeup call and taxi back to the airport. Facilities are basic but perfectly adequate.
