Great location within the terminal, has wifi and additional toiletries available in bathroom like toothbrush/toothpaste etc, nice and quiet and was able to get some sleep between flights and breakfast available in the lounge next door.

Super clean and presented well! Had everything I needed after being ‘stranded’ at the airport due to flight cancellations! A bit on the pricey side, but if you want a solid sleep if you have a long layover it’s a great place to stay. The two inclusive lounge visits were also fantastic and greatly appreciated!

Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty to choose from. The breakfast lounge was in close proximity to the hotel.

We had an unexpected 14 hour layover in Singapore so decided to book the Ambassador. It was well worth the money. So comfortable, terrific shower, quiet and very handy location to our departure gate. Lovely breakfast in the next door lounge. I'd definitely recommend it for extended layovers
