The staff were super kind and always so helpful. Even when we put a DND sign, we came back and met a bag of toiletries and goodies outside our door which was very cute. The location was great too as it was a short walk to the station. Also, it was a short bus ride to the beach! We really liked this hotel and had a wonderful stay there. The hotel was clean and we really didn't have much to complain about. There's free transport all over Sentosa. Plus a free shuttle from the hotel which made it so much easier to get around.

1. One of the pumps in the room pool was broken and making a very loud noise which meant you couldn't relax in the pool. I called to report it on the first night and nothing was done about it. 2. The coffee at breakfast was terrible, worse than the Nescafé machine in the room 3. On the second morning lots of food had run out and was slow to be replenished, if at all 4. The second morning we were seated outside and someone was blowing leaves throughout breakfast which ruined the atmosphere, we asked if he could stop and the waitress spoke to him but he continued 5. The seat in the courtyard could do with a cushion

Staff at Sanctuary tearoom restaurant were very friendly like Siti and Sarah, as well as the gentleman making the eggs (sorry forgot his name), who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room size was big and had a bathtub which was a big hit with our kids.

Location was excellent. Amara Free bus was available to VivoCity all day.L local buses A and B were also free around Sentosa island. The fragrance which was sent throughout the hotel was fresh and lovely.

Great location for activities on Sentosa island. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfasts are amazing. Comfortable king size bed. Timber cot size is reasonable for our 2 year old. Roof top swimming pool is lovely!

I love the location of this hotel, it's very close to the beach. The staff was also really friendly. Breakfast food options were good. Overall it was a good place to relax for our family staycation.

The room is big and clean and i love it so much. I was celebrating my husband birthday and they were so kind to gave us a cake. The hospitality the room was all perfect for us. It is also quite near from the station.
