Location for plane transit is the best. Right at the airport terminals, close to shops. If you dont want to explore Singapore and just want to get some sleep, this is the way. Can also purchase further hours room hire if need be.

Friendly welcome and easy check in. Well sign posted throughout the terminal and easy to find. Bed was comfortable and room clean, bathroom very clean. Food was nice. Lounge was good Pool bar was nice for the hot evening.

Although we had just under an hour in the pool before it closed, it was wonderful to have the facility. There was a cocktail bar there too but both closed at 10pm. Staff were friendly and helpful. A meal is included in the price and there is also a complimentary breakfast of cereal and toast between 6am and 10am so you can have both. The room was very comfortable - very wide, comfortable single beds. The room was very quiet - we didn't have the experience that others have reported regarding it being noisy. It was very expensive for the time we were there but having a guaranteed bed, secure, quiet room and ensuite shower room as well as access to the pool meant I don't regret it.

When arrived, toilets were down in our room between midnight and 6am. Toilets were still down from 6am to 9am as we were leaving for connection flights.

Very clean facilities, able to check in straight away to get a good nights sleep after arriving at 2.30 am, breakfast excellent and also used swimming pool spa area free of charge as a staying guest.

The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool was just great after a long flight. It felt so good to be outside after the flight. We walked in the water and sat at the side of 5he pool, watching the children and families relax in the pool. We had our free meal that came with the room at the poolside.

We stayed here 12 hours on the way to Italy from NZ. Had a lovely meal, a good sleep and a couple of hours in and beside the pool. Staff and service were great!
