Staff very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfy, nice view to the mountains and Christmas fair, location is near the train station, the cable car is 5 min walk away.

We selected this hotel because of its location in the heart of the city, but we must admit that the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and heating which is crucial during the winter - surprised us. Although the furnishings are outdated, this hotel is ideal if you're not looking for opulence. We will very certainly return.

Clean room, small but clean bathroom, comfy bed, nice staff and very good location. We arrived late in the night, but there was staff waiting for us. Parking is across the street at Rina Hotel, and it is a very safe place.

We got upgrade to a big room with 2 double rooms and a balcony face to the Main Street. Location is just right at the centre and 30 mins walk to Peles Castle. Everything is walking distance.

Very convenient place to stay, right in the Main Street. The possibility to use the paid parking is also a great addition.
