The hotel is recently refurbished, rooms are small, but very nicely decorated. The pool is just amazing, extremely large and the water is warm enough to enjoy after skiing. Very nice staff at reception, smiling and trying to help, the same the lifeguard at the pool.

Nicely designed hotel with comfortable rooms and wide range breakfast buffet (pancakes, waffles, sweet pastry, fruits, hot buffet, eggs frying station), situated just in the centre of city. Modern, with 3 restaurants and private park lot

It's a very nice hotel, with cozy rooms and very good meals. I was amazed by the fact that, even that the check in was supposed to be done at 15:00, we did it at 8 o'clock in the morning. Even more, we were invited, by the staff courtesy, to have the breakfast, for free.

Probably the most modern hotel I have seen in the mountains for quite some time. Hat down to then for what they have managed to accomplish and I do hope they maintain the standard. And to add to this, I forgot my jacket in the room and the hotel was extremely kind to send this to my home address via courier - this is something that I have never seen being done in Romania before; a very pleasant surprise
