The location is fantastic - the views from the rooms across the harbour, were beautiful. The rooms were comfortable. We were a group of 6 and the hotel lacked a bar/communal room to all gather in, which was a shame. The breakfasts were great. The hotel was good value for money and we would definitely go back.

Breakfast is outsourced and served in the Café below, quite good. the view to the harbour with boats and wildlife. Thanks for the late check-out. all people have been great. There was a water outage but the owner/manager immediately reacted and provided large water drums, didn't take too long. Can highly recommend it if staying in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Simon's Town! The hotel has a unique charm and a fantastic atmosphere. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The on ly downside for me was the bed, which I found too soft and a bit uncomfortable. However, this is just a personal preference, and others may find the bed more to their liking. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

The room was recently renovated, the bathroom was renewed. There was a smell of restaurant kitchen in the bathroom. The entrance lobby and corridor to the room was not very inviting. The hotel school trainee was so kind to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs to our room. The restaurant Saveur offered an excellent dinner, one of the best we had during our monthlong trip in SA. Breakfast at Bertha's was good.

Location and comfort can not be better. We are now considering replacing our bed at home to enjoy the comfort of the King size bed at the Hotel ! Super clean !
