Would highly recommend Sunshine Villas. It is beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location with an array of wildlife at your doorstep! They arranged everything for us at ease and great prices. We stayed for 2 nights. Our flight landed at 3am and Sunshine Villas had pickup waiting to bring us straight to the accommodation. On arrival they had a beautiful breakfast waiting. They then accommodated our early check in. After a nap we were brought to the elephant safari by one of the sunshine villa staff which was incredible. They then arranged a tuk tuk driver for us for day 2! I couldnt rate more highly! The staff are so helpful and polite. The room was immaculate with hot water, and a choice of air con or a fan! I would rate 10/10

You will not regret your stay at the Sun Shine Villa, the hospitality is top class and everyone is trying their best to make you feel great. The pool, the room and the food is enjoyable and location is perfect for both going on elephant Safari or visiting Sigiriya (Lion Rock) or Pidurangala (not recommendable for small kids) We were here as a family of 5 and got an extra mattress to the room and it worked out perfectly our best recommendations for this guesthouse

Friendly helpful staff, lovely pool, great food! Our stay was made easy due to the owner being relaxed, friendly and helpful. He organised a wonderful elephant safari (highly recommended) and a fantastic driver to our next destination in a comfortable quality vehicle with a safe skilled driver. The food was lovely and the staff genuine. This property has a real Sri Lankan kindness and hospitality. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!!

We have new Villa in the back of the property. It was clean and spacious. We love the private terrace. We used the pool, which was clean and great to swim and play. Dinusha is perfect host, caring about anything you need. All the workers there are waiting to help you. They arrange the transport to the atractions and take care about your safety due to the wildlife around. Breakfast was tasty.

Very peaceful garden setting with lots of birds and chipmunks playing in the trees. Beautiful swimming pool that the kids enjoy cooling down in after a hot day! We enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff!

Dinusha and his staff were very welcoming and made our stay in Sigiriya very good. They helped us with everything we wondered about, and provided top-class service. The room was clean, the outdoor-area are beautiful, and the breakfast was great and authentic.
