“Great, spacious relaxing hotel close to everything”

We loved our stay here. The grounds were spacious and beautiful and the staff were so friendly. The food at the on site restaurant was fantastic which is great if you have a big day exploring and want to stay at the hotel. The breakfast was awesome too. We had a family room which was great for kids. The pool was fantastic.

We are delighted with the hotel and highly recommend it. After a long flight, we were welcomed with a wet towel and a refreshing drink. The breakfast is divinely delicious. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and creatively presented. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and overlook a beautifully maintained garden. The staff is caring and very kind. Every day, the owner assisted us in having the best experiences in the area and recommended places to visit. He suggested locations for Ayurvedic massages and shopping. Highly recommend!

Very nice service! Good team helping us and the restaurant is great as well. Lot of sport facilities didn’t use it 🥴 but still the new pool is also a great way to start your day. Thanks for taking care!

Everything!! 100% Recommend a stay here. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. They organised all our activities and drivers without any extra costs charged. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, fresh, and delicious! Local insight into the best places to see and times to go was so helpful. Free bikes to use to do a ride around the local area/farms was the highlight of the trip!! We will definitely be back!

After a long flight, we were picked up at the airport by our taxi driver, whom we had arranged through the hotel owner. We received a warm welcome with plenty of information about the hotel, the area, and the excursions. Our room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We arranged our excursions around Sigiriya, Dambulla, and Polonnaruwa through the owner, who offered them at a very fair price each time. He had lived in Europe for many years, which meant he was familiar with our habits, making it ideal for us to adjust to Sri Lanka. It was a great start to our stay.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, very well located for the attractions nearby, but in a peaceful little haven. The host couldn’t have been more helpful, he immediately arranged a driver to take me hiking and sorted my transport the next day. The food was delicious and the room was lovely comfortable and clean.

I booked Sigiriya Cottage at the last minute after our previous accommodation cancelled on us and I am so glad I did. The room was perfect, with a huge bed and spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic - we ate dinner off their Indian menu upon arrival and breakfast the following morning after climbing Sigiriya Rock. The beautiful pool was a great addition including pool towels. The hospitality was second to none, the staff were exceptional. I just wished we could have stayed longer.

The room was clean and so spacious, breakfast was delicious- a mix of traditional and western breakfast. Staff were so lovely and helpful, we had a delay with our drivers car and they offered us late check out at no extra charge- this was so kind. Great for the kids with lots of grounds to explore and the pool was a beautiful extra touch. Great location, close to everything you would want to do in Sigiriya. More than a 10/10. Thank you for an amazing stay!
