Well located - 10 min drive into Lion's Rock and also close to Dambulla. Family room was modern(ish).

Travelling as a Family with 3 Kids (5 years, 3 years and 8 months) the hotel was great. Location is just 10 minutes Drive to Sigiriya rock. The room (Deluxe Family room) was realy big, clean and had everything we needed. Staff asks you when you want to have room Service. The Pools were great for the Kids. The breakfast and Dinner buffet where ok, a mixture of Sri Lankan and touristic, Western style. The staff was very nice. Wi-Fi did not work well in the room. All over a nice hotel.

super helpful and lovely staff. warmest welcome all day every day. good food and beautiful and very large family room! best bit was how close to sigirya you are but no noise at all apart from amazing birds and wildlife. shirt tho tuk ride into restaurants in sigirya. great place next to the resort entrance too to take a lake, tractor and traditional cooking tour. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Nivadoo Resort Sigiriya during my Sri Lanka trip. The room was nice and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nivadoo. The room was so comfortable and clean. We also loved the pool and gardens. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was also good. The chef and his team did a great job with the breakfast and dinner buffets. The location is good, just a short tuk tuk away from the main tourist sights.

The resort was very quiet and peaceful, which was what we were looking for. The room was clean and spacious. All the staff was very friendly, especially the ladies in the reception, always willing to help and to accommodate our requests.

The staff were very welcoming and provided an arrival juice. Spacious, not overcrowded and the pods were spaced nicely and it felt very private. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature The AC was great and the furniture was lovely
