For the price it was a very nice and clean place. Breakfast is basic but good, toast egg sausage fruit and coffee. We had the bottom room, make sure you book the ones that are first floor or up, so you'll have your own balcony and view of the Lions rock. The view from the rooftop terrace was great and we also had breakfast there

Good location, nice room, comfortable, good breakfast and helpful staff! There wasn't a water cooker in the room but the lady at the reception provided me one without problem.

Family run so lovely friendly feel and they were very helpful with planning/organising excursions. Very peaceful location surrounded by nature but still only a short walk to ATM, restaurants etc. The roof terrace (with a view of the rock) is a lovely place to eat breakfast and I would recommend their Sri Lankan pancakes!

There was a power outage throughout the entire area resulting also in water problems. Although it was totally out of his control, the owner tried to fix it all the night and he would not charge us for the room. He is very kind and his structure has a beautiful view with large and clean rooms.

Lakmani lodge is a fantastic hotel in a great location. We enjoyed the short walk to nearby restaurants and the town centre, and had a fantastic view of Lion’s Rock from the room and the breakfast location on the roof.

The property is well managed by the husband and wife The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of Sigiriya Lion Rock. We had our breakfast there for two days and loved it Very clean rooms Good and helpful staff Large open area for kids to play

The room was big, clean and tidy. Newly designed and well organized. The view was fabulous, out of this world. The food was tasty. The stuff was welcoming, and available to any questions and concerns.
