Amazing breakfast. Nice pool area, located by the beautiful lake, which is great to walk around. Surrounded by beautiful nature and fields. 35 min walk to the Sirigiya Rock.

We really loved the surroundings of this place, the rice fields, the lake and watching the stars in the night. The swimming pool was perfect to relax after hiking or safari in the early mornings. Staff was friendly and rooms were spacious.

Staff extremely friendly and very helpful, giving tuk tuk rides. Delicious breakfast, Fantastic Swimming pool. Quiet, close to the lake, with mamy birds and butterflies. Rooms are very spacious.

Very nice place. The room are big and fresh. The pool were great. The host was very kind. the food was very tasty. We forgot our phone at the hotel and the host was so kind to send it to us in Unawatuna for short time.

Location Ideal for visiting the nearby rocks. Toiletries provided which seems a rare touch in this country. Nice hot electric shower. Friendly accommodating staff.

Brand new swimming pool and table tennis table. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful location right by a lake and a 15 min walk into town. Best breakfast we had all trip!! Many different local dishes involved. Spacious cool rooms. Nice balcony area overlooking the pool to eat breakfast. Close to main walks. Nextdoor to authentic Janus cooking class!

Very nice place. The owner is very nice and can help with anything. He helped us get transport from the airport when we arrived at 3AM. He accomodated us immediately after we came. He speaks english very well and knows the area. He also helped us rent a scooter for a very good price. The pool is very clean and refreshing. Breakfast everyday was great. Altogether a perfect start to our vacation.
