What a fantastic guest house to stay in, the whole family were so welcoming and generous. We had a brilliant time staying there, going down to their vines and enjoying the supra with the family and the other guests. Could not recommend more highly for anyone looking for a taste of Georgian hospitality in a beautiful setting.

Accommodations are basic but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, right on the side of the mountain overlooking the valley - absolutely spectacular. But what makes this place special is the family who runs the guesthouse. We had arranged to have dinner on the night we arrived and what happened was an incredible, fantastic celebration - with music, food and endless wine. It was the first day of the grape harvest and we were fortunate to be there for the moment. The table was full of food from one end to the other and one of our hosts, David, spoke so beautifully with heartfelt toasts to everything from family to Georgia to love and marriage. It was a memorable evening and a totally unexpected surprise. What a place.

we were a large group of cyclists in Sighnaghi for a bike race. They were very organised with the different bookings despite it being so busy. the guesthouse is very clean and there's kettles on every floor to make tea and coffee. there's also an extra fridge upstairs (we made our own breakfast because we had to go early). The dogs are also very sweet. I'd love to come back and stay here in the summer.

Perfect place to stay in Sighnaghi! The night we had in Zandarashvili guesthouse was very special, the room and private bathroom was very clean and tidy, super comfortable. They made us feel like staying at home with great hospitality. The breakfast and dinner was super delicious. The dinner was so great, the food was amazing, house wine was so awesome and the vibe was also great! They have super cute dogs on the premise and swimming pool as well. The view from the house overlooking the valley is stunning. The family who runs this guesthouse was very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed help for. I wish I spent more time in Sighnaghi at this guesthouse!!! Definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Sighnaghi!!!

This is a good guesthouse if you want to experience Georgian culture, with open friendly dinners and great food and wine. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities good.

The family that owns the guest house is very hospitable and helpful. They can also arrange a Khaketi wine and monastery tour (9 hours) and dinner with wine in the house (35 L). The yard with sun loungers is nice and the views from the terraces are beautiful.The refrigerator can be found in the hallway in the common areas. Someone ate my cheese, though. My room was quiet.

The hosts were so welcoming, helping us to arrange a wine tour and putting on incredible dinners. They really made the stay for us. It’s a wonderful guest house in a great location.

Exceptionally welcoming hosts. The breakfast was delicious and generous, all homemade. The views from the multiple terraces are gorgeous. One special bonus for us was the two beautiful and friendly German Shepherd dogs on the property (but not in the house). 😁

At first it was quite nice, the host David seemed to be nice guy, he offered us wine and told us about Georgian traditions. Next they he invited us and all of the guests to dinner.The food was delicious and was nice to experience another things from Georgian cousine. It was nice to meet alle the guests from all around the world and as long as we paid attention to Davids talking he was okay, but when we started to talk to each other, he suddenly became mad and said its end, go have fun somewhere else, its sleeping time. He was watching us on cameras sittimg in the common room, and even we didnt made any sound he came to scream at us...also later that night he was inviting one of the guests to his bed, but after the rejection he wanted to call police. Place was quite nice and okay for sleeping, but the bathroom was kinda dirty a and the host made it unpleaseant with his trying to hook uo with every single female guest
