Roman and his family are very hospitality. I love their home made bread jam and the pancakes! The breakfast is so delicious. Roman invited us to visit his own vine making room and treat us for his own make wine and chacha. The property is in good location, restaurants, supermart and Sighnaghi Wall are just in walking distance. Definitely recommend to all of you.

Modern and really nice rooms with a big window to enjoy the amazing view to mount Kasbeg. The mattress was really comfortable. Big bathroom with a spacious shower area. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet area.

We had the pleasure of staying at Roman's and Nino's place for a night during our roadtrip in Georgia. Great place, all attractions are walking distance from the property, the hosts are amazing. Make sure to try Roman's wine.

Nice clean room in the flat centre area of Sighnagi close to the bus station, spar and restaurants. Jenny the dog and her owner Roman were very welcoming and Roman's wife Nino made some of the best, light and fluffy pancakes we have ever had.

Perfect location. Nearby groceries Sparr shop. Walkable to everywhere and parking up front. We bought some fresh homemade wines from the owner. Jenny, the dog was so lovely. Breakfast was simple, but homie and fresh. Highly recommended

Property is just hundred meters from bus stop, easy to reach. Owner was very friendly and helping. Apartment is spacious and clean, room keeping warm at winter temperatures. Breakfast is delicious and full.

The location was great. It was close to the middle of the city. The rooms were large and fit a family of 4 easily. Roman was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking was close and easily available. Breakfast was eggs, pancakes, and tea/coffee.

We were welcomed by the very friendly owner Roman and his dog Jeni. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Close to the city center. Good breakfast. In short, everything is great and I highly recommend it to those who would like to stay at friendly locals who try to real hard to make you feel like at home.

amazing place with amazing people. Roman and his wife are really helpful and nice! as for the rooms - cozy and comfortable, breakfast was delicious :) + friendly dog is wisienka na torcie
