Extremely lovely owner who welcomed us with homemade wine and snacks upon arrival, and gave us coffee and cake before we left. Room was very comfortable and clean with a great bed, and warm enough for November temperatures. Beautiful views of the Caucasus mountains from the balcony. It is well located, near the town and next to the Bodbe monastery. You can easily park a car in front or inside the yard. Special mention goes to Kessaria, the beautiful and friendly Siamese cat.

Family-run guesthouse with a great location overlooking Sighnaghi and the greater Caucasus mountains. Mzia and her daughter Ruso were very kind and helpful. We recommend staying at their house!

It was the biggest room we had on our travel around Georgia, with a designed kitchen area. The host was very friendly, and we had a tea with her. The view from the public terrace is fantastic

The administrator of the hôtel was really kind and good person, the bed was comfortable and the view from the terrasse was magnificient. We felt so welcome in this house.
