We loved our stay here. Anca was so kind and caring and made sure everything was perfect for us. We loved the six terraced garden and the biggest dilemma was deciding on which outdoor gazebo or swing seat or chairs to sit on to enjoy it. Our room was large and the bathroom was enormous and very well appointed. Can highly recommend staying here.

Everything .. it was a superb experience, host gave us an intro about the property on arrival , property is old yet well maintained and clean , Garden is so spacious so you can spent an evening here .

This is an authenthic gem in Sighishoara! Beautiful old house with a lot of stories and an amazing garden to relax!! Our suite was superb, and Bogdan was a really welcoming host, helping us with anything we needed! Great experience, great host and great facilities! Thank you so much Bogdan!!

This is a beautiful place to stay. I stayed for one night with my two little girls and only we wish we’d had more time to experience the tranquility and calm that there was here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Sighişoara. Bogdan was so welcoming and helped us when leaving too with suitcases etc. my daughters are 5 and 8 so I was thankful for his help!

We traveled as a group of extended family members, în a party of 8. The host was very accesibile and approachable and has accommodated all our requests/enquiries. The place was amazing: great location (10 min walk to the city centre), the garden is vast and amazing with plenty of socialising space across 4 different sitting areas (including an outdoors kitchen and a BBQ area). We traveled with our elderly parents for my mum's 70th birthday. They were able to choose a ground floor room was looked like a studio apartment complete with kitchen, bathroom, fridge and own terrace, which they were delighted about! We were impressed with the amenities available in every room and the cleaniliness of the space. The accommodation was ideal for a group of 3 families, including the two teenage children. We had an amazing weekend and we are likely to return in the future or to recommend Casa Vanatorului to family and friends! Thank you, Bogdan for the amazing time!

We haven’t had such a successful and satisfying experience with a booking in a while if not ever. From the moment we arrived till we left the owner (Bogdan) made us feel welcomed. The vibe in this house was amazing making us feel like a home away from home. Probably this is the first time when I can strongly recommend a place to stay. This property is not a luxury one, is more than that. Is a place where you can really relax, enjoy and feel like you don’t want to leave. This house is for anyone to enjoy I dare anyone to go here and prove me wrong.

First of all, we would like to start with Bogdan; from the very first moment to the last he was the best host we have ever met in our booking.com history. He is a great man; very helpful and always willing to assist you in every way. Thank you once again dear Bogdan 😊😊 Secondly, the Casa Vanatorului, also known as the Hunter's House is a kind of museum, where you get lost in the past, with many near past objects being exhibited. Finally, the house was unbelievably clean, tidy and fully furnished with everything you need: so there is no need to bring almost anything with you when you book this place; you can find everything in the room and house. And the garden, yes the garden; not going to say anything else about the garden, just go there and see it yourself 😉😉 All the best, Elif & Sefik T. (Canakkale, Turkey)
