Everything! Rooms, staff, breakfast, parking spot. We've arrived with our Canadian SUV, and visiting Val d'Orcia was a breeze..Just 40-50 km away while enjoying incredible Tuscany scenery.

It's a no-nonsense guesthouse, with a good (though steep) walkable connection to Siena centre. There are good bars and restaurants around so you don't have to overpay in the centre. Parking was not too tight for my car with a bicycle at the back. WiFi was good. Breakfast okay, though on the rushed side and in a tiny room. Coffee could be better. Heating was good in December.

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Tuscany, where we spent a night. The room is cosy and furnished to match the traditional style. Pleasant photo reproductions on walls, comfortable bathroom and friendly staff. Breakfast is OK, supplemented with offer of traditionally, home made cakes. It is also relatively close to Siena old medieval center, being a 20 min. walking distance. A parking is available inside the property. In all, a good value for the money. We will gladly stay here again while visiting Siena and surrounding places in Tuscany.

The localization is good, it’s close to the old town in Siena and to the highway. The area is calm and safe. The owners are really helpful and friendly, also the private parking is a nice touch.

Very clean! Ideal location for sienna. Only a short 20-25 minute walk away which is perfect if you’ve been snacking on Tuscan food in the square. Clean rooms. Breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, Italian cakes and biscuits with an amazing coffee machine and juice machine. Lovely host / owner. We had to check out before official breakfast time and she catered for this and apologised that the table clothes weren’t ironed! Caught her ironing the table clothes at 6am. Would 100% stay here again and I’m picky as I’ve done quite a few hotels during my travels. Would recommend.

Great room, plenty of space. The hostess was kind, friendly and gave us plenty of information. And also the breakfast was great. The best we had in Italy so far!

Located little bit away from Siena center but that is what we wanted for fast getaway in the morning. Large rooms with comfortable beds. Large bathroom, shower head was small but had excellent flow. Shared Large fridge in the corridor. Hair dryer and iron. Strong WI-FI. Very nice, friendly staff, they gave excellent advice and recommendations. Good self serve breakfast, sweet and savoury options, and fruit. Free car park right in front of the property.
