Carlo was very welcoming and helpful. It is an interesting little bedsit, at the top end of town, with a nice view from the balcony. Handy to the central mall, (a shortcut to the train Station) and not far from the main street of restaurants and near a good laundromat. A good shower and a nice kitchen. Great value for money.

The location was great, situated close to the train station and only a short walk away from the walled city of Siena. The host was very kind and helpful, he gave us a map of the local area and suggested a lot of sights that we should see. We did see them and they were fantastic, so many beautiful sights. The breakfast of croissant and a hot drink at a nearby cafe was delicious.

If you are looking for the best accommodation in Siena, here it is. It is perfectly located half way to the old town and the train station. The host is one of the friendliest and helpful staff ever met and answers every question you may have. The rooms are away from the city centre's traffic, making this place silent all day long and not polluted. Guests have access to the shared kitchen which is always clean and fully equipped. For breakfast, you will be given a pre-paid coupon to show to the closest snack bar (1-minute walking) so you will always have an authentic Italian coffee and a delicious bakery selection for your sweet tooth. I do recommend booking this place in Siena and I will definitely come back!

It was comfortable and quiet. Everything functioned adequately. I was given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby cafe.

Carlo is an excellent host. Due to the railroad workers' strike, I had to cancel the first night in the apartment, but he understood my situation. I didn’t have to pay a penalty and he received me very well the next day, gave the necessary information about the city, offered a map of Siena, told me how best to organize my stay in the city. The breakfast was included in the price, and it was possible to get it in a cafe nearby. I had a spacious room with two beds with everything I need, there was even a small refrigerator and a small balcony overlooking the surrounding area. The private shower and toilet were clean, there was enough shower gel and shampoo. There was also a common kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the railway station and within walking distance from the historical city center.
