Immaculate, charming, great location and the staff were all lovely…helpful and so friendly. Our room was high up but worth the stairs for the stunning rooftop views. The basement area with free coffee, tea, soft drinks, Prosecco, beer and snacks was delightful.

The staff of the hotel is incredibly helpful and accessible. they will help you with reservations, help you with parking and they do so in a legitimately considerate and well-intentioned manner. The rooms are small but they are clean and modern.

A modern revamp of a period property which was really tastefully done. The side street was very quiet at night but nice and close to the historic centre. Thoughtfully equipped basement with free wine, crisps, coffee etc. We parked in the station car park which was 2 euros per day but it’s a 30 min walk so go a 10 euro taxi (still a bargain). Sara was very helpful and friendly. Best meal in the city (and of our two week holiday) was a salefino:)

Sara! Sara was an absolute legend ! She is engaging, knowledgeable, warm and funny! A absolute pleasure to meet such a wonderful lady 😊 The property is in a quiet street not far from all the sights. Definitely recommend Torre del Fuggisole!

We loved Sara, our host and really felt she was caring for her guests. Always with a smile on her face she was ready to go above and beyond to help us with everything from a late check-in to finding us a taxi and helping us with tips for cafés and getting to other cities. The place was recently renovated and the choice of colours, lights and natural materials creates a cosy yet modern appearance. The location is in a quiet and safe area, close to historical center and Piazza del Campo and you can find nice cafés, gelaterias, pizzerias and bars on Via di Pantaneto. Local products cand be found at the Conad City supermarket with is just around the corrner. The nearby Basilica Santa Maria dei Servi is well worth a visit for its beautiful paintings and also for the nice view over the city.

Had to book this place last minute due to train strikes and the staff were amazing. They were very understanding and accommodating. The hotel offers a common area/kitchen which was very good and the rooms were very comfortable

We had the perfect stay. The room was beautiful, well equipped, great location, impeccably clean, has a super comfortable bed, but the biggest plus is the incredible host Sara. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable, i think it’s the best host you could possible imagine, this might even be the best experience we ever had. 11 out of 10!
