Very good location, very close to escalators leading to the duomo as well as an uphill walk to the main Piazza. Breakfast served directly to the room is a nice touch. Water available from a dispenser just outside our room was also great.

Excellent B&B in a great location and fantastic European breakfast included with a generous portions. Staff were welcoming , kind and extremely helpful, making our short stay in Sienna even more memorable .

The location, inside the old city walls, was excellent, especially with the escalator to the centre so close by, even if getting to the right spot and dealing with the car was initially a little confusing. In the end the adjacent parking - 15 euros - was really convenient. Interestingly breakfast was served in the room, but was exactly as ordered and very copious. The host was really friendly and kind. Room was a very good size and plenty of little extras.

Perfect location! Next to Piazza del Campo, up the hill. Check in was very well organized. Driving up the hill, unload car next to the B&B, then park the car. Very friendly staff. Bottle of water in the room. New one every day! New towels on day 2! We loved it and recommend this place definitely. Thanks to the Staff and Owners.
