This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to stay at a historical family home in a fantastic location in Siena. We absolutely loved our stay in Siena and this flat made it even more enjoyable with a comfortable kitchen and beds. There were lots of special touches that made it unique. We especially appreciated the help we got before and during the trip with various questions & needs (e.g., borrowing umbrellas). Gracie mille!

Fantastic location for getting around the historic centre of Siena very easily, Michelle & Melissa were very accommodating and helpful hosts helping ensure we had everything we needed including navigating the city, helping book restaurants for dinner etc, beautiful rooms and well equipped kitchen for our short stay.

The room is big, and the decoration is so classy. The service is good, Michelle was provided a good serve for us, she helped us to find taxi during the big heavy rain outside. She speaks fluent English as well, communicate is good.

The host, Melissa, and the rest of the staff were very kind and facilitating. They helped us book a lovely restaurant for dinner. We had a great time in this centrally located historic building.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Siena. Especially nice to have a sitting room and kitchen. The owner booked 2 fabulous restaurants for us and Michele was super helpful. It is very convenient for visiting all the sights. Perfect for the two of us.

Residenze d'Epoca Palazzo Coli Bizzarrini is an incredible place. We stayed in the Rubin apartment. Huge living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Beautifully stylishly decorated and there was everything we needed to have a comfortable stay (and even more than we expected). The palace is located in a sensational part of old Siena. Everywhere was so close. Our host was also fantastic. We are delighted with both Palazzo Coli Bizzarrini and Siena itself. Everything was unbelievably beautiful! Thank You! <3
