The room was perfect. Super bed, great location, large, stylish. The 5-6m room height, with the ornate ceiling was beautiful.

Great room, lovely bathroom. Really liked the details and vibe of the place. Great reception, they even allowed me to stay after checkout as I was working remotely, very friendly! There's some coffee and snacks in the shared kitchenette.

Great location among the beauty of historic buildings and near the landmarks such as Siena Cathedral. The communication with the receptionist was amazing. She gave us a map of Siena, recommended places to go and also assisted us with calling a taxi that took us to the station.

Ella has been incredibly helpful from start to end including all communications prior to stay. Close to the centre and all attractions. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby to try. Room was huge with a very comfortable bed, kettle, water, huge TV, sofa. Bathroom had massive walk in shower and plenty of toiletries. Communal area (which we didn’t use) had tea and coffee machine plus pastries. Couldn’t fault this place and would highly recommend.
