The boutique hotel was beautiful, and it was amazing to be in the heart of old Sienna. We loved the junior suite and it was very classical and comfortable. The hotel was accommodating as we had to leave our bags in reception after checking out and before our journey continued to see family.

Joanna and the team were incredibly friendly and always smiling. Location was perfect, a 30min walk from the station and in the heart of Siena, moments from the Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Breakfast each day was great and the view from our room over the Tuscan hills was breathtaking.

This is an exceptionsl place. Great customer service! They go above and beyond- we were upgraded to amazing room with one of a kind view; private parking service arranged which I highly recomend; excellent breakfast in beautiful dining room; a lot of education through sharing a history upfront; excellent wine for a welcome, coffee, great terrasse and unbeatable location. Facility even has an elevator, cleaningness is on high level. Daniela was amazing. Thank you and we will be back!
