absolutely wonderful! great location, right in the town centre, yet super quiet and serene. I am a super light sleeper and I found absolutely nothing to complain. the apartment is decorated in classic Tuscan style, with a genuine historical atmosphere. Duccio is a great host, very patient and attentive, always quick to respond and extremely helpful. he helped me sort out the bus time schedule for San Gimignano, printed out everything in detail. I can easily see they put a lot of efforts into this place, and everything is in order. last but not least, the breakfast was very rich and you can choose what you wanna have. For me who like a big breakfast and small dinner, this saves me a lot of time going out looking for food early in the morning, as Italians are not so big on breakfast. all in all, I would recommend Duccio’s mansion with utmost sincerity.

As other reviewers have said, this is a hidden gem! Right in the centre of Siena, wonderful room, fantastic shared space and a fabulous breakfast. Not only that, we stayed on the rainiest day that Siena had seen for twenty years (apparently!) and Valentina spent an hour trying to get a taxi for us and the other guests. She was incredibly helpful and professional. It's a privilege to stay somewhere so beautiful, we will definitely return.

Breakfast was top notch. Valentina was amazing. So friendly and helpful with a wonderful smile. Accommodation was amazing with classic centuries old furniture and fittings.

The location was excellent as were the hosts, they went well above expected and even supplied oat milk. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice.

The staff went out of their way to help us out. Breakfast was excellent and the shared space was full of character. We had a great view too. The accommodation was close to many restaurants and Piazza Il Campo.

The location of this property is excellent with lovely restaurants nearby. The host was really helpful & friendly. The property is a beautiful hidden gem. I would most definitely recommend & stay there again.

The building was amazing. Dueccio, Valentina and Cinzie were so, so helpful. I had a knee injury from our walk on the Via Francigena and they were so kind and helpful. Recommend great restaurants and places to see. Called taxis. Wow! Top service and top people.
