The location is great and the staff are fantastic! Gabriel, the receptionists and the cleaners are very helpful, friendly and approachable. It is great to have your holidays surrounded by them. Thank you!!!

Property is well situated within easy reach of all the main attraction. There are escalator bang opposite the hotel which takes you up 5 stairs of flight, so save you a good walk. Property’s decor feels a bit old style, but the room was comfortable and the staff was excellent. There is paid parking available opposite to the property, website says parking available it does not specify that it is ten euro’s paid parking

Location is great, very easy to reach old center (15 min walk, electric stairs working 24/7). Parking in garage was working very good (15 eur/day) despite previous doubts. Breakfast was just optimal for starting day. All staff was kind.

Location, clean, breakfast included and option of the evening meal. Helpful front desk Close by supermarket and pharmacy. Has an elevator- great for checking in and out.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the escalators that bring * you right into the centre of Siena . Parked the car just outside the hotel , €10 a day. We were there early. Very friendly and helpful front of house man Gabriel , who helped with the parking bags and made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast and we’re able to leave car for an extra hour while we did some more exploring

Friendly and helpful staff! The room was really clean and nice, the breakfast was great! Localization is perfect - right next to the stairs to the historical center.
