The fine print
Each year on July 2 and August 16, the Palio di Siena traditional horse race takes place. During the Palio, Hotel La Perla only accepts reservations for a minimum 4-night stay.
During this time, for late cancellations or no-shows, the hotel will charge your credit card for the amount of the 1st night. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel is in the centre so easy to go around and see attractions and find restaurants. The view from our room was breathtaking as you could see the city centre from above.

Lovely room is an excellent location to discover Siena. Being NYE it was a bit noisy as others stayed out later than I did to enjoy the festivities. Not a problem as it was lovely to fall asleep to people enjoying themselves to the music.

I really liked the location, the vicinity to the central sights. Everything was nearby, within a 10-minute walk. My room did not face the main square and it was quiet, facing a small side street. The staff was very nice and always helpful. There is a taxi stand right by the building. Lots of nice, little cafés nearby to have breakfast.
