It had a perfect location and it was really close to the public parking outside the restricted area. The view was amazing the staff was rally nice. Our room was really clean and comfortable. They offered a great selection of gluten free treats to me for breakfast, I really appreciated it.

Despite having booked an economic room, we got a breathtaking view from our window. The room was basic but good value for money since breakfast was included and the view was amazing. The lady at reception was very kind and provided me with boiling water for my herbal tea. I definetely recommed this place for its location and kindness of the staff. Breakfast was okay for the price we paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and there was a good range of food and beverages available at the buffet breakfast. It's very close to the bus station and taxis and nowhere is too far to walk to in the city with many restaurants close by. A minor point was that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but there were some vending machines where you could buy drinks and snacks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was spotless, and the view was breathtaking. We requested an upgrade, and they graciously accommodated us at a very fair price. Thank you for making our visit to Siena truly memorable!

The location is great - in the old town next to the big cathedral. The room was nice and cosy with a view of Il Duomo! Everything is within walking distance.

The location was amazing, right in the city center. Easy to find and to check in. The room was nice and beautiful, with a balcony facing the main cathedral. Very romantic.
