Mara and lousaja were very nice and extremely helpful, looking into options to help us work around another train strike and get to florence. We ate in their owned restaurant below and it was really good too! Accomodation was comfortable, amazing location, and Inc breakfast was really good too.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and with period features. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed. I recommend the owner's restaurant and the waiter's recommendation from the menu.
