The staff were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was really nice The location perfect for easy access to the market and Pub street. Only 20 minutes away from Angkor wot by Tuk Tuk which the hotel kindly arranged for us

The place is simply great. From the moment you arrive you feel the quiet and special atmosphere. The staff is welcoming, pleasant and helpful with everything you need, the rooms are clean, cozy and spacious and the service is exceptional. The location is also great - minutes from the city center but far enough away so that it is not busy and noisy. There is no doubt that if I am in the area I will return there

We were welcomed with a fresh cool towel, a drink and fresh fruits, which was very nice after our flight. The look and feel of the hotel and room is very relaxing and beautiful. The room is spacious and has everything you need. We also liked the attention to being environmentally friendly, e.g. there are tin reusable water bottles in the room that you can fill up in the lobby. There is free afternoon tea as well, a very nice refreshment after being out in the city! The staff is very very serviceable and always look out if there’s something they can help you with. We want to say a special thank you to Sreynith, who jumped at every opportunity to make our stay perfect.

Excellent stay at The Urban. Service was impeccable, staff was incredibly kind. They arranged my visit to the Angkor temples, answered all my questions, took care of all my requests. Room was nice and clean. The shower was a little bit too small for me. Nice pool area with good drinks and food. Price/quality was good!
