Wonderful resort, great hospitality, friendly, helpful, well set out pool and gardens. Rooms are lovely and decorated beautifully. Great place to relax and well located to be able to walk everywhere. Peaceful. A special thanks to Phy and all the stuff for nakung us feel so welcome.

The jungle is quite simply amazing in every aspect. It is a peaceful oasis despite being so close to the centre of Siem Reap. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, authentic and spotlessly clean but it is the staff that make this place so special. Everyone is so kind and friendly, they go out of their way to help. They all made us feel very special. The welcome drink and fruit we received was delicious and they allowed us to check in early. They are very customer focused . We booked two trips through the hotel and our tuk tuk driver was Mr Bee. We felt very lucky to have had him looking after us, he is knowledgeable, kind and a good driver. He suggested we visit the Beng Mealea temple which is 65kms from Siem Reap and thank goodness we took his advice, it was our favourite temple out of them all in the end. Thank you to all the staff at the Jungle for making our stay in Siem Reap so memorable.

Perfect retreat by the pool surrounded by beautiful gardens but right near all the action of Siem Reap. Room was also spacious and nice and cool and clean. The staff also made us feel so special.

Everything welcoming people there , every single person were so helpful, very nice and warm. They took us from airport then took care in hotel which was beautiful .Hotel was superclean. Swimming pool nice to swim and withbpart of jacuzzi. Thing i like a lot was after check out You could still use the swimming pool and take shower, lock Your luggages. Close to city centre.

Exceptionally kind staff – I was only staying here for one night but they did everything they could to make me comfortable and help me plan a tour around the temples. The room I stayed in was super nice, I especially liked the balcony with a view over the pool area and a bit of the city. The entire hotel is very calm despite being located in the middle of the city.

- The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the famous Pub Street and many other tourist attractions. As the hotel is a bit hidden away on a smaller road, it still feels very calm and peaceful. - The infinity pool surrounded by big palm trees and comfortable relax chairs is one of the main highlights of the hotel! The water is a bit chilly, but perfect to cool down as it can get very hot during the day. The pool area feels like a small green oasis, allowing you to quickly escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. - The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile on their face. They are also more than happy to inform you of the different activities and book them for you. - I did not have breakfast included, but had a fresh fruit platter at the restaurant. This must have been the best fruit platter I had during my stay in Cambodia. Very fresh and tasty! They also offer complementary afternoon tea and snacks, which are very tasty! - Our room was spacious, tidy, and had everything needed (well functioning air conditioning unit and a safe for your valuable belongings). I enjoyed the simplicity of the room and the cleanness of the bathroom.

The Jungle Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. They helped organize an airport pickup, greeted us warmly with welcome drinks, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We had a little celebration during our stay, and when I asked if they could help with flowers and a small cake, they exceeded all expectations. They beautifully decorated the bed with flowers, brought out a delicious cake, and even sang the “Happy Birthday” song. My girl was thrilled and loved every moment of it! Their team truly goes the extra mile to provide the best experience for their guests.

Staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful! It's a very welcoming environment with afternoon tea (fruits, snacks & tea) served daily and a lovely poolside and restaurant area to relax in. Filtered water readily available in the room and restaurant. A breakfast box was prepared for our sunrise tour which was greatly appreciated!

Even before I arrived, Phat was already in contact via Whatsapp to make sure of my sooth arrival. I have been welcomed by most hospitable and great people. Patrick did my check in. He was very helpful and it was a smooth process. I got some cold towel, fruits, and juice as soon as I arrived. My room has a lot of space with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed is also huge and very comfortable. Pool area is nice which is open from 9am. Towels are available beside the pool so you don’t have to take one from the room. The restaurant and all its staff are friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks prices are reasonably priced and the good thing is one can pay with credit card. One of the staff, Compus, was really nice and accommodating. Everyone greets you with a smile and listen if you have needs. It feels like home and I really recommend staying here. Lastly, don’t miss the free afternoon tea starting around 3pm or 4pm. Get served some tea, juice, and snacks.
