We loved this place! The rooms were beautiful and clean, the pool was amazing and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly, nothing was a problem for Emily at the front desk. I wish we stayed longer.

Absolutely best accomodation on our trip through Vietnam and Cambodia. We were treated like kings in Shintana. Rooms are spacious and nice, very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff and owner are so kind and helpful that they left us speechless.

The breakfast, served next to the swimming pool, is a beautiful buffet. What we enjoyed the most is the level of service and attention from the staff, which is extraordinary. Everybody is smiling, welcoming, respectful and helpful. We loved the fact that a daily 60-minute massage + laundry was included. The location is good, slightly outside of Siem Reap city centre but easily reachable with a tuk-tuk.

It’s not just about the property—it’s the staff who truly make the difference. Starting with the driver who greeted us at the airport with chilled drinks and a wonderfully comfortable car, to the ladies at reception who were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged all our activities, which turned out to be totally worth it, with an excellent guide. The restaurant staff and the food were fantastic (the amok fish was a highlight), and the spa was unforgettable—by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The free massage, airport pickup, and complimentary laundry service made everything so convenient, ensuring our stay was exceptional. Well done to the team! Keep up the great work—you’re the reason the hotel shines (even if it could use a little renovation 🙂).

This is a lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent staff. Our room came with airport transfer and free 60 mins spa treatment per pax which I thought was a great idea. Airport pick up was smooth and we were given cold towels and refreshing coconut water during the ride from the airport to hotel. We were a bit early for check in, but the staff invited us for a free breakfast until our room was ready. Room was a great size, comfortable and had a balcony. Staff were most attentive, paid attention to details and provided suggestions, ideas and input on local tours. As well as arranged for car/ tuk tuks for local tour Hotel provided free transport to the town as and when needed. There is no lift but the staff took care of the luggage. Bathroom had a bathtub and large shower

Great location near Angkor Wat. Excellent service by staff, restaurant food was delicious. Massages every day were wonderful after a full day of touring. Pool is amazing.

That hotel is awesome and offers simply everything: very friendly staff, super tasty breakfast, a large pool (there were always free sun beds) and a perfect room (spacious, clean, great comfort). Special mention must be made for the tour (angkor wat) I booked through the hotel and my tourguide Kay. Kay was simply amazing! Not only he gave me perfect information about the history of the temples but also he managed to visit every spot at the perfect time so that we (unlike many others) could avoid the crowds the whole time while we visited the temples. On top of that Kay was a fantastic photographer (he knew all the hidden spots to take awesome pictures and gave me great advice, especially top poses). Due to Kays great timing we also also had the best lighting conditions to see the temples.

Spacious rooms in a tropical luxury setting, staff were super friendly and helpful. Travelled as a family of 5 and easily added an extra bed which was great.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The owner of the hotel Mr. David gave us a warm welcome and encouraged us to contact him or his staff at all times if needed. We didn't expect it to be so nice and comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Emily from reception desk was really kind and took great care of our daily trips and planned everything for us detail by detail. The people operating the tuk-tuks were careful drivers and always on time. The ladies at the spa did great massages and let you fully relax. The breakfast was delicious as well as the food from the A la carte menu. Overall, our experience was extraordinary.
