The staff were very warm, welcoming, and super helpful. The location is perfect. We were upgraded to a pool villa which came not only with a pool but also a rooftop terrace. We booked a tuk tuk for the small circuit and a car for the big circuit through the hotel. Both vehicles were clean and very comfortable, and drivers were friendly and made us feel safe. The cold water and towels were very much appreciated after a hot day of touring the temples.

The interiors were pretty as was the artwork put up. The best part about the hotel is the wonderful staff especially the manager Ratnak, who helped organise so many things to make our trip easier and another staff Goddon San who drove us to Kulen mountains and was so friendly, helpful and kind. It’s the people who work there that are the highlight of the hotel.

Staff were exceptional! In particular Daly, Mien and Sophie!! Thank you! :-) Hotel had a great design concept that was well thought out with great pools / chill out areas. Was a peaceful setting and beds were really comfortable. Loved the Bensley bar. Food was great in all restaurants, good tapas options in the bar.

An excellent breakfast, all sorts of choices with both buffet and a la carte. Rooms are very quiet and well furnished with comfortable beds. The hotel provides filtered, purified water to drink in the rooms; you need to provide your own plastic bottle as their water is in glass bottles. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Overall, it feels like an oasis in a busy city

Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff. The tasting menu dinner in the restaurant was delicious and is highly recommended! Two pools to chose from, good location for town and local sight-seeing and restaurants.
