Sarai Resort and Spa provided the perfect setting for a rejuvenating and peaceful retreat. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the addition of a private outdoor living space made it a truly special haven where we could unwind and soak in the warmth and tranquillity. What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service. The staff’s warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made every moment feel special—it's the people at Sarai who made our experience there memorable. This charming boutique hotel exuded elegance and character, creating a delightful atmosphere throughout. After a day spent exploring the vibrant sights and sounds of Siem Reap, the pools were a welcome oasis to relax and recharge. We highly recommend Sarai Resort and Spa to anyone seeking a relaxing escape in Siem Reap.

Disappointed, limited buffet with additional payment menu for cooked breakfast. Also with exception of percolated coffee charge of $3 for specialty coffee and $3 for room fridge water. Other hotels including 4* included all without cost.

A beautiful grand feel that was better than the pics! The perfect place to spend time and rest around pool between sightseeing and getting amongst it, with everything walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride away. Staff could not have been more friendly and lovely.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sarai Resort and Spa Hotel, and we can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff who greeted us warmly and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. One of my favorite features was the stunning view from our window overlooking the lush pool. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short walk from local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The amenities were top-notch as well. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast each morning, with a variety of options to choose from. What truly stood out to us was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Even the tuk-tuk drivers we used outside the hotel were pleasant and accommodating to our travel needs. Overall, we highly recommend The Sarai Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Siem Reap . We can’t wait to return. beautiful cozy hotel. Breakfasts were lovely with all the fresh fruit available. Pool was outstanding, just what we needed to cope with the heat, the poolside staff member Sing was exceptional, very attentive and deserves to go a long way in life. Room was a good size and well appointed with all that we needed and were clean and serviced to a high standard. Reception staff very helpful with any aspect of helping us organise our day.
