The staff were fabulous Always smiling and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, good sized bath with separate toilet. We had room 103 which was right next to the pool. Pool was lovely, clean and warm. We ate in the restaurant of hotel for dinners and prices were reasonable. Recommend this hotel!

The service was exceptional and all of the staff were very courteous. The building and furnishings were charming. The location was excellent for visiting the Angkor temples.

Great pool. Excellent staff able to help with everything, in English. Good spa on-site with a genuinely hot sauna and also steam room and quality massages at ok price for residents. Waiters really helped with local advice, chongvin with advice on temples and activities in the region, the receptionist had advice on where the intrepid could check out edible insects! Made entire Siem Reap experience better, and broader than only temples.

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was large and was very clean. It is a bit further out from the centre of Siem Reap but I quite enjoyed the 20 minute walk into town. Tuk tuk rode back to the hotel was $2. I would recommend for sure
