Staff extremely welcoming from arrival to finish Rooms spacious clean with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom products Food was excellent quality from the breakfast to the restaurant and the barbecue that they offer

As you enter the lobby, you merge into the tropical vacation mood. I've spent 18 days there and I can say, without exception, that the staff was lovely! Whatever request I had they helped in a matter of minutes and also the room was perfectly cleaned every day. Huge variety for breakfast, specially for the fresh fruits, nicely cut and served. Lunch amd dinner are also a great option at the hotel. I liked that I have enjoyed the sun and the pool, out of the buzz of the city, but yet very easy to get to the city center by tuk tuk and explore Siem Reap or visit the temples of Angkor. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is well set up with lovely pool and great staff. Calming environment as soon as you step inside. We arrived late due to flight delays and were warmly greeted and upgraded to the amazing priviledge suites - very much appreciated. Service was great with a large variery of food for breakfast and pool side dining. great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Very nice resort, the staff was very polite and helpful The swimming pool is big and well maintained Location is a bit secluded but i liked the quiet and you can hire a bike to go to town or angkor

Loved the individual attentive service, helped plan my stay better. Loved the traditional Khmer massage which was well done, I felt much better after the massage. Facilities were excellent, food was good.

Great room, great facility, friendly staff, they were apologetic and made it right when they made a minor error. We also had a great conversation with David from front office. Overall, we felt very looked after.

We travelled as a family of 4, everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were very helpful whether it was information regarding local attractions or arranging for tours or tuk tuks. Our children ordered room service, the food was delicious and delivered quickly. Special thanks to Kanika and Bunthon for making our stay very comfortable.

Large, clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and attentive. The staff overall were excellent and made sure we had a fantastic stay.
