I had to move to the Kouprey after leaving an awful hotel. They treated me really well and checked me in early. The staff were helpful amd friendly. The room was really nice with great a/c clean bathroom with hot water and a lovely balcony. The pool was great in the middle of gorgeous well kept gardens and pool towels were provided. They offer room service and have a nice restaurant providing food until 10pm. The breakfast was a buffet with good variety and coffee tea water and juice available.

The hotel reception team was so welcoming . Also the restaurant staff was really good. Always available to any queries I had. Room cleaned every day to a high standard. Will definitely return

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms were lovely, super clean and had everything you needed. Staff were very accommodating, including getting me a breakfast box when I needed an early breakfast. The pool area was lovey too. The location was right for me being a short taxi away from Angkor Wat but perhaps if you wanted more bars etc you’d be slightly better in a more city centre hotel.

Everything was superb, staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, also the swimming pool was lovely with garden around. Great value for money.
