The staff were excellent, super polite, friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely with a cute bar and good service. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of national and Western dishes. Staff are exceptional ly helpful and friendly. Hotel was of a great standard, having all amenities but keeping a boutique feel.

The hotel is in a great location and it was very easy to either walk to markets and restaurants or to get a tuk tuk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us by letting us know the price of a tuk tuk and telling us places to visit.

room was very spacious and comfortable with a toddler, convenient location, a little oasis in town. Special thanks goes to Mr Bo from the front desk who was incredibly friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make our stay as great as it was.

We found this to be a wonderful boutique-type hotel, within walking distance of busier areas with dining, riverside, shops and also the Museum. The facilities were excellent and superb value for money, our room comfily modern with plenty of space and high ceilings, an oasis like pool area and fine spa/massage treatments. From the time we arrived, Mr Bo and Ms Lin at Reception were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, as were all the staff we came across.

we booked the Luxury double suite for 6 nights room 511, and was more than happy with the size of the living room and kitchenette , if anything the living room was a little too big and slightly wasted during our stay , the bedroom was a generous size with a small balcony overlooking the pool , bathroom and shower in separate room AC worked well the small mini bar fridge worked exceptional well so cold it froze the water bottes ( which was an advantage when going out for the day in 37deg heat ) breakfast selection was comprehensive with separate egg satiation cooking to your request (a bonus is the breakfast room opened very 6am is you need to go out on an early tour etc , staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful and made a big difference to our stay , swimming pool was good size and not too busy always a sunbed when we needed , bar staff very efficient service drink and bar snacks very reasonable I would like to give my deepest thanks to the follow staff made our stay a very enjoyable and happy experience, Chhon for her bubbly personality Savoeut chivoin Lin

The size of the room was fantastic, nice resort feel also. Good distance to pub street and old market, centrally located. Famous hotel, so tuk-tuk drivers know it by name. Facilities were great! The staff are also lovely and smiley, and always take the time to have a quick convo about your day

Check-in process was smooth and trouble-free. The hotel is a stylishly designed in a simple, contemporary style. The location is good, about 10-minutes to walk to the main shopping areas. Plenty of Grab options if you don’t want to walk. Grab Tuk-tuks are inexpensive, plentiful and fun. There is a cafe in the hotel, but we didn’t eat there. We booked a Luxury Double Suite as it had a good offer. The room was very large, with a cozy balcony, microwave and hob which we didn’t use. The room itself is clean and bright, the bed and linen very comfortable, the aircon was very effective. The swimming pool is beautiful with many deck chairs and towels. Service staff was polite and efficient throughout, a special commendation to the front-desk staff Lin, Thy & Bo. Breakfast , which was included, was simple and quite adequate.
