All the staff was really nice and helpful! The room was huge: we took the biggest one as we were travelling with 2 kids and we had plenty of space. The room included a kitchen area. The pool was great: beautiful (not a lot of sunbathing). I had a very good massage.

Very good localisation of the hotel. Hotel is located near downtown around 20min walk, but far enough to have peace from the noise of the city. At the hotel are always tuk tuks, which is a big plus. Staff in the is the nicest! Very helpful! Breakfast it’s exceptional, one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

Had great ratings so gave it a try based on reviews but can not agree 5 star Not as nice as other hotels I stayed at in Siem Reap, facilities a bit tired as were staff Spa pricey (although as compensation I was given a 30 minute massage and the masseuse was awesome although not worth outrageous prices compared to all others in Siem Reap) Breakfast not bad but not good ... Luke warm and no omelettes Would probably stay elsewhere if I visited again Manager did try to remedy issues and staff were in general.helpful.but seemed uncomfortable speaking to guests Cost $300 Australian $ for 2 night ... a bit exxy compared to other hotels I stayed at of better atmosphere, location etc

Beautiful quiet hotel, so many trees. Rooms were huge and nicely furnished, very comfortable. Location was great - restaurant, mini mart and pharmacy next door. Easy walking distance to more places to eat, or very short tuktuk to the pub street / market area.

Wonderful place, beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Wish we’d stayed longer and would definitely return.

Great bath! Welcome drink. Tha stuff is super helpful and friendly, service is really good here. Breakfast was great too, and it starts at 6:30.
