We love everything about this hotel. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. We felt warmly welcomed. The room is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. We especially love the buffet breakfast.

We loved our stay as family in this hotel. Mr Chan has been amazing with us, very helpful and welcoming. The room was very convenient and clean. The hotel, very recent is well situated, you have a small grocery next to the hotel as well as a laundry service. Our daughters loved the pool.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay at Grand Yard La Residence. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure everything was perfect. Check-in was super easy and welcoming, and the whole place was spotless and so elegant. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was insanely comfortable—it was hard to get out of it in the mornings! The on-site restaurant was fantastic. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the staff made the whole experience even better. Everyone we met was so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We couldn’t recommend Grand Yard La Residence enough. Whether you’re visiting for work or just to relax, this place is perfect.

The bedroom is very confortable e spacious. The team are friendly and the hospitality is incridible. A lot of services as welcome drink, happy hour, massages, restaurants, swimming pool, free tuktuk, tea time. When come to Siem Reap you definitely have to choose grand yard.

Where to begin with a review for this fantastic hotel? My wife and I have spent a lot of time in Siem Reap over the last 10 years and I think Grand Yard has become our favourite place we’ve ever stayed in the town. Firstly it’s a beautiful building; large palm trees stand along the white wash front while the smart architecture lets in lovely Cambodian sunlight and breeze to cool you down. The pool is a really decent size and the whole design of the place feels plush and really well maintained. When we arrived we were greeted by the amazing Chan. His staff bought us some refreshing Drinks and cool face towels and Chan took the time to sit down with us while we were all hot and flustered from our travelling and he got to know us and told us about the hotel, Cambodia and about him and his team. The team are lovely. They always stand up when you come down the stairs or through the main entrance and greet you with a big genuine smile. It’s really lovely, especially after a long day out cycling around the temples or town in the heat. Chan and the team helped us arrange local bicycles on two occasions (and at very short notice!) and Chan himself went out of his way (on his day off) to help me make a long distance call to the UK from a Cambodian phone to sort out an unexpected personal matter. With my UK provider charging £2.50 per minute he saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. Thank you Chan! Our room (312) was really spacious with grey stone tiles, white wash walls with dark Cambodian wooden and bare concrete fixings. The lighting is great too.. it’s nice to have lots of options to light the room rather than just stark overhead lights. All the lighting makes the room very cosy. Overall the room was very stylish, minimalist and almost a bit Scandinavian. The housekeeping team were next level too. They made such an effort to maintain the building and our large beautiful room and always with lots of big smiles and gestures.

Our 4 night stay at the Grand Yard La Residence was a great experience. Chan, Justin and the team are wonderful hosts. The hotel is nicely designed, with spacious rooms, and kept immaculately clean. But it was the little thoughtful touches that impressed us the most. Chan arranged bike hire for us, having the bikes delivered and picked from the hotel. When arriving back from hot bike rides, the team was always waiting with a cold towel as we came in through the door. They hold a tea time every afternoon between 2-4, where you are able to try a range of teas and enjoy a local snack for free. The staff are incredibly friendly and like to hear about your day. I would also like to mention the hotel drivers, both transfers to and from the airport were arranged via the hotel. The drivers were engaging and had so much local knowledge to share. When we were out cycling at the temples one day, and the heat had become too much for our daughter, Pi (one of the drivers) spotted us and arranged for a tuk tuk to come out from the hotel to pick up us and our bikes. The following day, Pi took us on a tuk tuk tour of the temples, which would we would highly recommend. Stopping at interesting spots and waiting while we explored, took the stress out of the day. Such a lovely tour guide. We would throughly recommend Cambodia as a holiday destination. The temples are magical and so easily accessed. The town of Siam Reap is vibrant and there are so many places to eat, all serving excellent meals. And finally the people, they are so welcoming and friendly, there is such a spirit of community. We will definitely be returning and will choose Grand Yard La Residence as our hotel again!!!

My wife and I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Siem Reap, and we cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Chan and his team went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness truly set the tone for an outstanding stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, making it easy to relax together after a day of exploring. Every detail was carefully thought out, and it felt like a mini oasis. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear that the staff took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. The location was ideal—just a short, enjoyable walk from the bustling Siem Reap city center, with the added bonus of free transport provided by the hotel. This made it super convenient to explore the vibrant local markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Grand Yard Hotel is a very lovely place for staying in Siem Reap. The layout of the hotel is really nice and cosy. Rooms are big, pool is ideal size and meals are great. We have tried breakfast and also lunch and the taste was excellent. Another plus of this hotel is its stuff. Justin from the reception has done everything to make us happy. He helped to book us a khmer massage, organised Apsara show in town for us. He is very kind and helpful in any way. Also the manager Chen was looking after us so well. Hotel organises free tuk tuk drives to Pub street in certain evening hours, offers free afternoon tea and also has some happy hours for drinks. I definitely recommend this hotel!
