Airport transfers from Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI) to the hotel with an air-conditioned car at a fee of USD 35.00 per way. The transfer includes amenities such as cold towels, drinking water, soft drinks, and beer. Guests are asked to please provide their arrival details in the Siem Reap region in advance through the Special Requests box.Operating hours for the Preah Peay Restaurant are from 6:30 in the morning until 22:00, while the bar opens at 6:30 in the morning and closes at 22:00. The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 in the morning to 21:00. SENPIDOR spa is available for guests from 11:00 in the morning until 22:00 in the evening.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Breakfast was exceptional. Local and international fare available at a very high standard, staff so eager to please. I appreciated that all the staff remembered our names during every interaction from the moment we arrived. Even went so far as to surprise my daughter with an early birthday cake!

The location was great and the front desk staff were always friendly. I visited the hotel in August 24th and had such good memories that I came back again. In fact, it is no exaggeration to say that I persuaded my family to travel to Cambodia again because of the kindness of this hotel. My mother was sick, but every time we met, they worried about her and asked how she was doing, which made me feel warm and secure in a foreign country.

This is really beautiful and cosy hotel. Very quiet. Ideal for retreat!! Close to Ankgor Wat temples, old town market and other local attractions. Very clean. Service super nice!!! Everyone is polite and helpful. We love it.

Great localisation in quiet area but walking distance to markets and restaurants. Big and comfortable rooms. Nice climate. Very polite and helpfull staff. Beutiful pool. Good and varied breakfast. We are very happy we booked it.

Absolutely exceptional and amazing—we felt like we were in a fairy tale. The beautiful pool, comfort, and relaxation were outstanding. The breakfasts were excellent, and the breakfast packages for our trip to Angkor Wat were a thoughtful touch. It provided all the comfort one needs after a long and tiring day.

Excellent central location just a couple of minutes by Tul-tuk and easily walking distance to Pub Street and markets. Friendly, super-helpful staff made our stay here one of the best travel experiences we have had. The restaurant is outstanding - fabulous food, contagious cocktails - an all round 5 star rating from us. Highly recommended.

The welcome drink and snacks were very generous and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They are clearly highly trained and care about their job. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. The entrance and pool area are particularly luxurious. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool as it was closed to be decorated for New Years celebrations. Our room was enormous and well equipped. The bed was also very comfortable! The location is good, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 6 week travel across South East Asia. The basics they did very well (large comfy bed, big room and bathroom, great breakfast etc). Well equipped bathroom which included a body scrub. They also offered a huge take away breakfast for our early flight when we checked out which was ready and waiting for us at 6:15. A complimentary lunch and credit to use for their spa were nice additions to a perfect stay.

The service was outstanding, attention of detail was next level and the best I have received from any hotel. Right from the start welcome drinks and pick up from the airport. They had lots of options when it came to organising tours of Angkor Wat. We went for a tuk tuk tour and bun our driver was incredibly attentive and constantly on the look out to make our experience better. The service and seamlessness was incredible, everything was sorted for us. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Our room was incredible, fantastic pool area and drinks around the pool (2-1 in the afternoons making cocktails $2 each) the mini bar included snacks and we got free snacks along the way which was a lovely touch. The bath and amenities for the bathroom were a lovely touch with everything and more including shaver and shaving cream, combs, toothpaste and toothbrush as well bath salts etc. The restaurant was incredible, the food was local and cooked beautifully. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and service again exceptional. We used the spa on numerous occasions and again is a must do, extremely reasonable priced (2 hour massage can start from £15). I would highly recommend this to everyone, we would love to go back if it wasn't so far away from home!
