Very beautiful hotel in the center of Siem Reap, most likely one of the most beautiful ones that I have stayed in. Gorgeous grounds, a lot of attention to detail everywhere. Staff was very friendly and professional when we had an issue with a room and very accomodatin when on the day we were leaving. Location is great, just a 10 min stroll down the river to downtown, but very quiet. The bar is very nice, drinks are excellent. Breakfast was good, but not great.

An outstanding hotel with a fantastic location on the river. It was a tranquil location in the centre of the city that allowed you to relax and unwind but with easy access to a vibrant part of town offering excellent bars and restaurants. A great roof top terrace outside bar and an outstanding dining room that provided a colonial feeling of opulence.

Amazing place and even more amazing staff. Wonderful stay from start to finish, beautiful room, the most comfortable bed, space, chocolate treats , we could go on. Breakfast had every option, too much to choose from and good coffee, staff were really attentive and friendly. Great location on the river, few minutes from centre of the bustling town but its own little oasis of calm. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, we felt spoilt. To reiterate ‘ Amazing from start to finish’.

Nice hotel with a good location in Siem Reap. Friendly staff and the room was nice. But the pool area is already a bit run down and overall more a 4 star than a five star hotel. The food in the restaurant is great.

Everything the staff were fabulous , to the little details chocolate in the pick up car , biscuits in the bedroom , lush tropical surroundings wrapped around a mid century building , fabulous food & drinks & if you go ask them to organise your tour at Angkor wat be sure to ask for Tom as your guide … also very central

The excellent service we received from all of the staff at the hotel and particularly from the hotel driver who picked us up at Siem Reap airport. He also went out of his way to help us sort out an unexpected issue with the American dollars we were carrying and to sort out our onward journey to Sihanoukville, Koh Rong and then Phnom Penh.
