I arrived with a sprained ankle. The care and consideration shown by the owner as well as Concierge Sam and the other staff made me feel really well looked after. I appreciated the quiet of the location being slightly outside the City but only a short taxi journey away. It's a beautifully built hotel with a calm oasis feel. I ate at the restaurant daily and enjoyed breakfasts and evening meals: fresh and well cooked. Really comfortable room with a huge bed and quality linens. Good sized balcony overlooking the prettily decorated pool. I really loved my stay here and hope to come back.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cheata Residence. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a quiet and restful atmosphere. I also appreciated the hotel's facilities-the swimming pool and fitness area were great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location was convenience and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Siem Reap.

Great place to stay! Amazing lookout for Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, and Kampong floting village. Amazing hostility! Mr. Mean Hub helped us in arranging transfer from/to airport, trip to Angkor Wat and Kampong. We Got really specious room with AC is amazing and helps you to chill alter a long day in Kambodian sun:)

Breakfast was served as per fixed a la carte menu. The hotel had a resort type feel, primarily due to its location, and swimming pool. A good value-for- money place to stay..

The room I stayed was large as very comfort bed with cooling aircon, everything are provided during the stay from toiletry to hair dryer. Not to mention the smart key to unlock and smart key to access the electricity in the room. Although there’s some smal stain on the pillow sheet, but hey everything else are all on point including the balcony it’s pool view, separete toilet from bathroom. Overall I love my stay. Thank you all staff and bong Lok for the kind guesture and the man who offer me water.
