Horrible experience instead of very good reviews on booking First , I sent to hotel about my stay as it is our anniversary vacation and it was noted , nothing was done about this note , no room amenities, the shower button was broken and not clean .... house keeping wasn't good at all , main pool was not heated Waiting row for breakfast , food varieties were very poor ... not good value for money

Hilton King's Ranch is my favourite in Alexandria. Staff is very friendly. Food is amazing. Promedeon SPA is just amazing.

The hotel is located quite far from the city, basically in the middle of nowhere, however it is close to the motorway and for the business stay quite ideal. The room was big, with comfortable bed, nice bathroom with both showerbox and bathtub. The breakfast was quite good with reasonably assortment of various meals and helpful personnel. I did not have time enough to try other things there.

Everything was awesome especially Karim and Maha from the reception. Maha was smiling and friendly for the whole time I was there and Karim was accommodating and helpful. Their afternoon tea is a must especially in the terrace, I enjoyed everything at this Hilton, definitely I will be coming back.

The room is very spacious and has all of the amenities that you need. Very clean and convenient. Didn’t really spend much time in the hotel (other than the room) so don’t really know how are the rest of the amenities. It is very close to the airport as well (good for quick trips).
