Hotel is situated a few hundred meters from the beach, shuttle service is available. Hotel staff incl reception, animators, waiters are friendly and helpful. Cleanness is a top priority at the hotel incl. the beach part as well. Good programs for small kids. Food is good and various. Evening events are also fine.

Everything was great except the power going off at night every few minutes. Not sure if it was a hotel problem or area problem. Besides that staff were great and the reception gentleman helped us a lot trying to locate our lost luggage by allowing us to use his phone upon arrival.

In general , good staying , great animation, location, building , gym, the reception helped a lot with transfer. A good point that the hotel has a cafe separately. I still would recommend this hotel.

The building is beautiful and well built. Soundproofing in rooms is good considering the noise and activities around the location. Some of the staff are amazing and they put entertainment in place for the guests. Mehmet working breakfast and lunch was fantastic. A huge asset to the hotel, we wish everyone was like him. Keep in mind without listing details, this hotel is mainly focused on German guests. It seems the majority of guests who stay in this hotel are from Germany. Therefore the staff mainly speak German or Turkish and the entertainment is sometime focused on German culture. This is not a bad thing, it is a good thing, but it’s something we were unaware of when booking. Beach is only a 4 minute walk away Food is good considering it’s buffet style Hotel is clean Some staff are brilliant
