Everything really. Staff are generally happy and helpful. Delicious food with lots of variety. Drinks are plenty. Lot to do even when outdoor pools are closed. You won't get bored. I found the whole experience very relaxing. A splendid outside view is enchanting, especially at night.

Very good location with walking distance proximity to great shopping opportunities. Very good beach, soft sand, wide with plenty of sunbeds, gradual entry to the sea was ideal for small kids. Rooms were quite spacious with separated space for parents and kids, which we appreciated a lot. Since this was our 7th stay at Turkish hotel I can judge by experience: Food - average, not the best, but quite ok with many options Drinks - good. Coffee options with real beans coffee, not instant crap what is very important for us. Alcohol was not branded, but plentiful on the other hand. Cleanliness - rooms and amenities were not really shiny, but acceptable. Nothing particular that would irritate, jut a bit worn down amenities Stuff - overall friendly, didn't experience any issues. English language knowledge was acceptable. There should be definitely more waiters at place during breakfasts and dinners, they were not catching up at all with number of people, table service did not work properly Premises - we didn't stay in the main hotels but in blocks of hotel units scattered around the area. It was just fine, but noise insulation not so good, above us was a family with 3 boys, so for 5 days we felt there are elephants/monkeys living above us. I would not return to this hotel, but I am happy with our visit and grateful for a nice time we had. For people who didn't experience the very best of Türkiye it is a good option with good value for money ratio.

Territory was very big, many options but nothing very outstanding. Beach was my favourite, but it would be nice to clean the sand from cigarettes. Food was good but boring - every day the same.

This place has everything to entertain the kids. We wanted somewhere with onsite slides and this complex does not disappoint! There’s always something to do! Room was fab, exactly what we needed. Staff were so friendly and kind.

It is a huge resort and you have to find things by yourself. We stayed in Aishen hotel, but we enjoyed the other two facilities as well. Different activities happening, but no central place to find what/where/time. So, for us we found things all by accident. We joyed the scoop ice cream in the Feka coffeehouse. The lunch choices by the beach were far better than the food in the 2 pool bars. The beach was absolutely lovely and warm, enough chairs at any hour of the day.
