The staff is really nice and polite that always search ways to satisfies your guests. The accomodation is very nice, clean and cute, with all that you need to enjoy a good time there. One word to Fotis, it was a pleasure to meet him and I hope to see him in the future, he's a hardworking person. P.S.: the breakfast it's a 'must', those fresh cakes... Five stars, easy.

This is the perfect place for a nice holiday. The rooms are great, well equipped with nice pool view. Fotis, the owner is a great guy, very sociable and kind. He helped us with everything we wanted. We had some great times at the place's bar where the owner is also a bartender. We've met some nice people there and had great nights, having some drinks, playing pool and watching football matches. Definitely we will return at Fotis's place next year!

From the moment we walked into Katsaros we were treated like family by Fotis. We asked for an earlier check in and it was seen to. Had a slight issue with the Air con, it was seen to. Needed a taxi, it was sorted. The room was basic but everything we expected, it was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and area was spotless. A short 10 min walk and we were on the strip, close enough to walk and far enough to feel secluded and away from it all.

Breakfast was fresh and plenty of it also offered a English breakfast. The hosts were amazing cannot fault anything lovley people. Location is excellent 5 min walk from strip get a good night's sleep. The pool is very large and cleaned every day plenty of comfy sun loungers the pool bar offers quality branded drinks, cocktails open till late. Offering a snack menu. Fotis and vasso make you feel part of the family cannot recommend this lovley family run business enough .will definitely return one of the best holidays we've had. Great for families, couples, even a solo traveller. Safe and brilliant resort lots to offer well done guys.

Fotis and Vaso welcomed us as strangers but made us feel like part of the family straight away, the studio apartment was a perfect size right beside the pool. Bar was brilliant every drink you wanted was available, the greek cider was the best you will ever have. We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice of food was great, something for everyone. Overall a perfect place to stay.

The host treats everyone like family. He is the loveliest person. So many things are great…. Pool, sunbeds. Good, inexpensive food and drinks. It is an amazing place.

We stayed at the Katsaros Studios & Apartments at the beginning of October 2022. The weather was great - sunbathing on Apotripiti Beach, swimming (water temperature is about 21 degrees). In the evening it was pleasantly cool, the air conditioner was not used. The Katsaros Studios & Apartments is almost like a hotel, which is an advantage, no need to specify the time of receipt of the key. There is always a bar where you can get the key from the owner, order breakfast. Very pleasant owner Fotis. The bar has well-selected music that does not interfere with relaxing in the rooms. Everything listed in the description was in stock and in working order. Very clean on the territory, in the rooms, regular change of bed linen. The apartments are located in a very quiet place, in the evening you can hear the cicadas. The holiday was amazing.
