The fine print

Room was ok. Towels were a little worn, pillows a little too thin for comfort. Had to ask Housekeeping to clean my rroom eventhough the 'Clean Room" sign was already hung. And they only replaced towels and replenished coffee/tea. Bed was not made or bathroom cleaned.

Just one night stay for business trip. Not able to enjoy the facilities. Room ok but maybe need some upgrade.
