The rooms were very welcoming, bed very comfy and some fruits were waiting for us. The hotel is quite close to the Center and we easily found public parking in front of the hotel.

The staff were really very friendly and helpful. Outstanding customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is located a short walk away from the old town. Bed was comfortable, bathroom large and water hot. WiFi worked. Was a good choice.

The reception lady was super nice and greeted us well, and helped us with questions we had etc. The room looked very good, the beds and the shower were comfortable and nice. The hotel is at the very center of Sibiu, and in only a couple of minutes of walking you can arrive to the main square.

Excellent place. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need (even wireless chargers), the design is beautiful and Kristina who received us at the reception was very nice and helpful and helped us with what we needed. The restaurant below the hotel is a very tasty Turkish restaurant and the atmosphere is very good. We really enjoyed the food and the hotel, highly recommended!

Central location, the room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was great and the restaurant is one one my favourites in Sibiu.
