Nice city location, very close to the park. There was a nice coffee place downstairs where they serve breakfast as well (did not try the breakfast, only the coffee). We had free parking right next to the building.

Great AC during a hot summer, quiet garden view, make sure your room is not on a street side. 10 minutes walk to city center.

The location is nice, it took us around 15 minutes to downtown Sibiu by foot. There is a nice Bistro downstairs which provides really good brunch and coffee options for a better price than downtown. There are also a couple of restaurant options along the way to the center area which are also good. The owner was friendly and provided with all instructions for access. We didn't need to use parking, so I can't comment on that, but upfront instructions for parking were also provided when I did the booking.
