Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly. We left something important at the hotel and they reached out to us to let us know of the item left within 30 minutes of us leaving. They than facilitated shipping of the item to us in a different city. Was very happy with their help.

What an absolute gem of a Hotel. We stayed in a deluxe suite and were amazed by the space and comfort. The customer service team are simply amazing, nothing is too difficult for them and so friendly! The receptionist even made us coffee at 4:30am before we left to travel back to Bucharest. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

Wonderful location a short walk from the Christmas market and historic pedestrian centre. Comfortable bed and tiled Spacious bathroom, network TV and kettle/tea/water provided. Varied buffet breakfast with sweet and savoury options. Helpful desk staff who stored our luggage and gave interesting background about the location ans hotel.

Art hotel is a beautiful hotel located very close to the centre of Sibiu. We stayed for a mother daughter trip and it was an excellent choice. We had the double bedroom room, the sofa transformed into a huge and confortable bed and the actual bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, large and with a very nice design. The room(s) was huge with everything you needed. The bathroom was also large, very clean, very good water pressure and all that you needed was included. Plenty of space for clothes, TV's in both rooms, room temperature was great and you can suit it to your liking, the view from the bedroom was great overlooking landmarks of Sibiu and from the other room you can see inside the courtyard of the hotel. We had a small issue with a plug which was immediatelly addressed and solved, same with the door lock which was solved on the spot. The staff is welcoming and polite, the onside of the hotel is spotless. The breakfast is rich in options and you will surely enjoy lots of traditional, home-made selections that they offer. It was a perfect experience and we would surely come again! I forgot to mention how amazingly decorated the hotel was, just beautiful setting giving a whimsical vibe.

Location was ideal. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable even though it was pretty small. A very special thanks to the staff who found a hoodie we forgot at checkout and went out of their way to let us know and get it back! 10/10
